The article discusses the participation of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the formation of state power, its essence and importance, people's governance, its legal foundations and issues of its further improvement.

The article is devoted to the issues of execution of legislation on administrative procedures, problems of judicial control, pre-trial appeal. The author notes the need to bring the reform of administrative procedures to a result and the key role of administrative justice in the implementation of the Law “On Administrative Procedures", in the development of the system of  administrative  appeal  within  the  framework 
of administrative justice.

By carrying out a comparative-political and legal analysis of the documents adopted by local councils, in this article are discussed about the unique aspects and important features of these documents, and the normative and individual ones adopted by local councils. Proposals for national legislation regarding decisions and orders and their basis are debated in detail.

The issue of improving local self-government is at the center of the reforms being implemented in our country today. Therefore, this article analyzes today's priorities for improving the activities of local representative bodies, opinions, conclusions and proposals of scientists who have conducted scientific research in this area. The article also contains the author's conclusions and proposals for improving the activities of local representative bodies.

Abstract: this article is dedicated to analyzing the impact of regular capacity building of civil servants on their ability to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). The article places particular emphasis on the issues of forming and developing the professional and personal skills of civil servants. The relationship between the expenditures related to the training of civil servants and the dynamics of KPI achievement is also analyzed. Special attention is given to assessing the effectiveness of the training programs of the Academy of Public Administration.

This article analyzes specific aspects of the online implementation of educational programs aimed at developing the professional competence of representatives of the "mahalla seven", the results of a social survey conducted with the participation of "mahalla" employees.

This article systematically analyzes the obstacles in the development of management competencies of women leaders. Factors hindering women's personal development are highlighted. Career and business motivators of female leaders are classified. Also, proposals and recommendations were developed for the systematic elimination of obstacles in the development of management competencies of women leaders and the implementation of appropriate measures.

In the article, the author analyzed the social stratification of society and changes in the demographic structure of society in Uzbekistan in 1991-2000, and also analyzed the dynamics of the country's population using retrospective methods.Transformational and evolutionary changes in the stratification of society as a result of reforms in agriculture, which employs almost 60% of the country's population, will also be identified. In addition, statistical and content analysis substantiates the impact of the creation of new jobs on the social structure of society due to the creation of industrial zones and technology parks on the site of large unprofitable industrial production facilities in Uzbekistan.
